Cancellation & Refund Policy- Once the initial contact is made, introductory consultation and then verbal consent of an appointment is made and confirmed, payment must be made for the final confirmation of the booked session for you. Then at that time Angela and the client will agree on the type of work that is designed for you. Once the verbal agreement has been made, it is expected money must be exchanged within he same day - the work has begun, therefore no refund policy is available. No refunds are given only rescheduling is applied to the appointments. Thank you Angela
Cancellations/Reschedule
If you are not able to keep your consultation, you must contact the Angela office at least 24hrs business days prior to your scheduled time. If readings or coaching sessions are cancelled before this time, payments will not be refunded, however, every attempt will be made to re-schedule the appointment. Respectfully this is the time booked for you and considered an appointment paid in full. When this time is booked and paid in full and you do not show without notice - no rescheduling or refund will take place.
